Payment methods: We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
Order processing: Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. If delays are experienced, we will notify you immediately. Next day and second day orders will be shipped the same day, provided they are received by us no later that noon e.s.t. Order acknowledgements will be emailed to you along with information regarding any back orders and their status.

Order cancellations: If an order has not shipped, you may cancel or change the order. This does not include monogrammed or personalized orders. Please, email us at email@example.com or call 231-347-0341.
Sales tax: Michigan sales tax of 6% is charged on all orders shipped within Michigan.
Shipping methods: Unless otherwise specified, we ship FED EX ground. For rush orders we will ship next day air or second day air for an additional charge, depending on size, weight and destination.

International shipping: We can ship anywhere, however, our system calculates within the U.S. rates. Please, disregard these rates and call or email us, 231-347-0341 or email@example.com to receive a quote for the shipping cost and time of delivery.
Returns: We want you to be pleased with your purchases. Should you be less than satisfied , you may send them back for an exchange or refund in the manner in which they were paid for. Items must be in “like new” condition, accompanied by a receipt, stating your name, address, phone number, email address, reason for return and credit card information if applicable. Seasonal merchandise, that is received after 60 days of purchase, will be credited based on the current selling price. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
