Payment methods: We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

Order processing: Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. If delays are experienced, we will notify you immediately. Next day and second day orders will be shipped the same day, provided they are received by us no later that noon e.s.t. Order acknowledgements will be emailed to you along with information regarding any back orders and their status.

Order cancellations: If an order has not shipped, you may cancel or change the order. This does not include monogrammed or personalized orders. Please, email us at shop@cutlersonline.com or call 1-866-398-1500.

Sales tax: Michigan sales tax of 6% is charged on all orders shipped within Michigan.

Shipping methods: Unless otherwise specified, we ship UPS ground. For rush orders we will ship next day air with an additional charge of 20.00 per shipment and 2nd day air with an additional charge of 12.00 per shipment.

International shipping: We can ship anywhere, however, our system calculates within the U.S. rates. Please, disregard these rates and call or email us, 1-866-398-1500 or shop@cutlersonline.com to receive a quote for the shipping cost and time of delivery.

Returns: We want you to be pleased with your purchases. Should you be less than satisfied , you may send them back for an exchange or refund in the manner in which they were paid for. Items must be in “like new” condition, accompanied by a receipt, stating your name, address, phone number, email address, reason for return and credit card information if applicable. Seasonal merchandise, that is received after 60 days of purchase, will be credited based on the current selling price. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
